The privacy of our guests and employees is one of the main pillars of GSC Hotels’ Privacy Policy. This privacy policy applies to the entirety of the GSC Hotels group.

Guests/Jobseekers should read this policy before providing GSC Hotels with any of their personal data. Personal data is any and all information collected and stored that can be used to identify an individual (e.g. their name, address, contact details, etc.).

  4. Training, education and professional experience.

We do not request sensitive information such as: religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, information on health, race or ethnicity, sexual orientation or memberships to unions.

Personal data may be requested under a variety of circumstances, including (but not limited to) the following:

  1. To allow guests to participate in advertising initiatives (subscribing to newsletters to receive special offers/promotions, registering in loyalty programs; filling out surveys and/or customer comments, competitions);
  2. For the purposes of hotel operations (e.g. room or table reservations, check-in and check-out; complaints or requests);
  3. In order to provide information about tour operators, travel agencies or online booking systems;

  1. In order to manage guest reservations and stays;
  2. In order to improve the services provided in our hotels, restaurants and other points of sale, as a means through which to understand customer needs and exceed their expectations;
  3. In order to personalise our services;
  4. In order to send guests newsletters, special offers and advertising materials. Guests may cancel their subscription to the email newsletter service by clicking on the link in the newsletter sent via email;
  5. Hiring GSC Hotel employees.


  1. Sharing Personal Data

GSC Hotels may share the personal data provided by guests/job applicants with:

  1. GSC Hotels employees, so that they may provide any services requested and/or manage guest/job applicant databases (as long as they are officially authorised to do so by the applicable Data Protection Regulatory Authority);
  2. Local authorities – if required to do so by local law or within the scope of GSC Hotels’ internal inspections, in accordance with legal requirements.

GSC Hotels also reserves the right to share any personal data in the event of the sale or transfer of the company or its assets, whether in whole or in part.
