Located in the centre of Monte Gordo, the Baía Beach Hotel is only a few metres from the beach, which means it’s within walking distance of the sea.

With that in mind, we suggest you start your day with our Continental breakfast buffet, so that you have all the energy you’ll need for a full day of adventuring.

Visit Monte Gordo: the beaches

We couldn’t write an unmissable guide to Monte Gordo without mentioning the sheer quantity of beaches in the region. As the warm water laps at long sandy stretches, the greatest difficulty you’ll face is knowing where one starts and the other ends. So to make it even easier for you, we’ve made a list of the beaches you won’t want to miss while you’re on holiday in the area:

  • Santo António Beach;
  • Verde (Green) Beach;
  • Monte Gordo Beach;
  • Lota Beach;
  • Manta Rota Beach.

These are only a few examples of what the surrounding area has to offer. Whilst here, you also have the option of visiting Isla Canela beach in Spain, which is less than a 30-minute drive from Monte Gordo.
